Biography

Jean Pierre is an Associate Director in audit and assurance at Baker Tilly and has over 20 years of Big 4 audit experience in Mauritius and Singapore. He has significant expertise in IFRS and audit assignments of large listed companies, telecom operators, textile companies, investment funds and global business companies.

He has extensive experience of internal controls testing and has expertise in the identification of business risks and providing insights to clients, valuations, consolidation and has a practical problem solving approach to business issues and advising clients.

Jean Pierre has industry experience having been CFO of an IT group for a number of years. He has been involved in capital raising exercise, M&A due diligence, setting up of regulated entities, integrated reporting under IIRC framework..

Jean Pierre graduated in Economics and Accountancy from City University, London. He then joined a Big 4 firm in Singapore where he trained in audit and assurance and obtained his ACCA membership.
