Job brief
We are looking for a proactive and purpose-driven individual to lead business development and strategic partnerships for all the service offerings of Baker Tilly Mauritius, including a specific focus on positioning the ESG arm of Baker Tilly as a leading sustainability advisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Devise business development and sales strategy on a metric driven basis, for approval by the leadership team.
- Conduct B2B outreach and lead generation in target markets.
- Coordinate the development of proposals, bids, and grant applications.
- Build partnerships with international donors, agencies, and multilateral institutions
- Support branding, communications, and external representation.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in business development or partnerships, (experience in ESG, development, or consulting sectors will be an advantage).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in proposal writing, budgeting, and grant tracking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Multilingual: English and French required.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability or impact sectors.
