ESG Project Lead

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to drive the execution of EESG (Environmental, Economic, Social & Governance) programs, and other projects as may be assigned. You will be responsible for managing sustainability advisory projects across multiple sectors, ensuring high-impact delivery and client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of sustainability consultancy projects.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Monitor project budgets, KPIs, and risk registers.
• Produce dashboards and performance reports (Power BI preferred).
• Ensure alignment with internal methodologies and international sustainability frameworks.

 Requirements and skills

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in ESG, development, or consulting sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Smartsheet, or other PM tools.
