
Biography
Jason is a Senior Tax Manager at Baker Tilly Mauritius and brings over a decade of experience in tax advisory, compliance, and investigations, having spent more than ten years at a Big Four firm prior to joining the firm. During his tenure, he also led the firm’s tax training initiatives, delivering technical training to professionals across multiple levels and industries.
He advises clients in a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on financial services. His areas of expertise include tax structuring for local, regional, and international organizations, buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, and transfer pricing—covering documentation reviews, benchmarking, and evaluation of intercompany agreements.
Jason also offers strategic advice on the application of international tax treaties and has considerable experience managing tax audits and investigations. He helps clients navigate complex tax environments with practical, outcome-focused solutions.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT), and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurship.
