Johan is an accomplished digital strategist and Partner at Baker Tilly Mauritius, where he leads the firm’s Technology division. With over two decades of experience, he brings a forward-thinking, human-centric approach to digital transformation—helping businesses drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and adapt to complex technological change. His work consistently challenges traditional business models and reshapes industry ecosystems through strategic digital initiatives.

With an international career spanning defense, smart infrastructure, and automation, Johan has deployed mission-critical communication systems for defense institutions. More recently, he has played a pivotal role in implementing advanced solutions for smart cities, building management, and industrial automation in Mauritius—solidifying his position as a key figure in the local technology ecosystem.

Johan holds two Master’s degrees from leading French institutions, including one in Telecommunications and Network Engineering from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
