Biography

Roubina is a Senior Manager in Audit and Assurance at Baker Tilly Mauritius, bringing over two decades of expertise in the audit and assurance sector. She began her career at PwC, where she built a strong foundation in financial audit, and has since developed a reputation for delivering robust assurance solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. Her deep technical knowledge, strategic insight, and commitment to quality drive value and trust across all engagements.

She has extensive experience auditing asset management firms and investment funds, with a particular focus on Level III valuations for private equity funds. Roubina possesses solid knowledge of both IFRS and US GAAP, enabling her to navigate complex accounting standards with confidence. Her industry exposure also includes hospitality, textiles, and manufacturing, giving her a well-rounded perspective on sector-specific risks and opportunities.

Roubina is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Mauritius.
